High Performance Sport Review

Our Review and Report System (RRS) guarantees a thorough and impartial debriefing process that caters to your internal and external requirements, while also establishing precise short and long-term objectives for your high-performance program. Its inherent flexibility ensures that your priorities remain at the forefront, allowing for seamless adaptation to changing circumstances. The RRS, tailored for High Performance Sport programs, comprises five distinct phases:

Phase 1:    Identify and document objectives, deliverables, timelines, and roles of both parties
Phase 2:   Obtain information from coaches, athletes, integrated support team, and third parties
Phase 3:   Facilitate review meetings with the High Performance staff
Phase 4:   Facilitate operational and strategic meetings identifying key objectives for the following quadrenniel
Phase 5:   Document and present a summary of findings for your National Sport Organization and key partners

The RRS aims to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of your High Performance Staff during year-end operations, minimizing undue stress while fostering team dynamics. This is achieved through the establishment of clearer goals and objectives, as well as concise delineation of roles and responsibilities.
